REVAMP SERVICES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your revamp service, you can return the revamped wig or hair extension up to 5 days from the date you received it and have any issues rectified, no charge.

WIGS

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs and hairpieces. However if you are not satisfied with your wig you can return it (within 5 days of receiving the item) and have any issues rectified, no charge.

IMPORTANT

Please ensure returns are tracked and your name and address are written on the back of the parcel. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning their item.
